§ 13-25a-110. Advisory group
(1)
The division shall establish an advisory group to help persons understand their options with regard to
telephone solicitations and facsimile advertisements composed of representatives from:
(b)
telecommunications companies;
(d)
consumer advocacy organizations; or
(2)
The division may enter into agreements with telecommunications companies to disseminate information
concerning the options available to persons under this chapter.
