Acting governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency for Butte County due to the 70,000 acre Camp Fire which has displaced more than 27,000 residents.  Also under state of emergency are Los Angeles County and Ventura County for the Hill and Woolsey Fires where at least 75,000 homes are under evacuation.
