Recent D.C. Circuit Court opinion radically changes the landscape for TCPA compliance and strategies.

The webinar will cover the DC Circuit’s opinion, which threw out the FCC’s sweeping definition of a dialer (ATDS) and catch-22 standard for calls to reassigned numbers, but kept in place the open-ended standard for how consumers can revoke their consent.
