Business Development Associate

Job Summary
Contact Center Compliance is seeking a Sales Representative to join our talented Sales Team. As a Sales Representative, you will engage in B2B sales of compliance softwareand data solutions. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is outgoing and comfortable with talking to people on a daily basis. Our goal is to create a great customer experience while providing the right solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Perform prospecting activities, including building, and maintaining a list of prospective customers and executing a high volume of outbound calls and emails
    Generate new revenue opportunities through meaningful interactions with prospective clients via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    Identify a prospect's pain points and establish the value-add of our solution
    Utilize CRM to create structure around customer outreach, retention, and reactivation activities
    Work with other sales representatives on sales opportunities
    Ability to travel and work on the road at events
    Work as a valued team member within the sales organization
    Understand broader market trends, know the audience inside and out, and act as a feedback loop to the product managers and leadership team

Qualifications And Skills

  • 2 years of experience in a sales development and/or outbound sales role
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to take direction, follow processes to help us improve
  • Experience achieving and exceeding goals/quotas is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is preferred
  • Willingness to speak in front of a crowd and make public presentations

Principal Full Stack Web Software Engineer – Full Time, Sonoma County

In this position you will be responsible for design, development, and maintenance of web-based and database-intensive, business-critical software applications that include Software-as-a-Service applications, large-volume billing systems, CRM systems, and ecommerce systems. Functioning in a small team you will be a full stack developer having a principal role in the full range of software development lifecycle activities from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, support, and maintenance. The software you develop and maintain will be Software-as-a-Service products used by external customers as well as custom line-of-business software used by internal customers.


  • Passionate about Web Software Development.
  • Experience with modern C# and .NET.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core and/or ASP.NET
  • Advanced SQL Server development experience.
  • Experience with Javascript and at least one major Javascript front-end framework such as Svelte, React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with CSS\HTML5
  • 3+ years experience developing software on the Microsoft stack.
  • Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Experience building secure software. Familiarity with common Web Application Security vulnerabilities and\or the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of experience or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience building and maintaining high transaction volume, high-uptime, business-critical APIs.
  • Experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Familiar with agile software development.
