This Website, and the Services available through this Website were developed and intended for business use by reputable companies and individuals. We are committed to safeguarding the online privacy of Visitors to and Users of our Website.

Users of this Website are referred to herein as Registered Users and/or Client Users. Registered Users are those who have completed and transmitted to us a registration form in order to access certain non-fee based content for which completion of a registration form is required. Client Users are those who have paid for certain fee based subscription Services ("Fee Based Services") which are accessible through a portal within this Website ("Servicing Portal") once the Client User enters login information to access such services through the Servicing Portal (log in to the Servicing Portal transfers the Client User to DNCScrub.com which is integrated with, and purposes of this privacy policy considered a part of this Website). This Website also contains certain business useful content which may be accessed by Visitors to the Website at no charge who do not have to be Users. We do not receive or collect any personal identifiable information from Visitors to this Website who are not Registered Users nor Client Users of this Website.

All individuals who register with or use this Website should be 18 years of age or older. This Website is not intended for children.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information from Visitors and Users when they, among other things, visit our Website, complete and transmit a registration form, create an account, log-in, participate in any interactive features of any of our Services, make a purchase, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. Here is a link to our Text-Message Terms and Conditions and our Call/Text Consent Language. The information that this Website collects about Visitors to and Users of this Website falls into two general categories:

Information You Provide to Us

In order to be eligible to use some of our Services offered at our Website for which payment of a fee is not required, such as to register for a webinar, view a demo, obtain a free consultation, receive more information about CCC or access to white papers, you will be requested to complete and submit to us a registration form. The registration form will require you to enter and provide us with your first and last name, the name of your company, contact email address and phone number. You may also be provided within the form with the opportunity to provide any comments. Other pertinent information may also be requested, including information about your company. Orders for Fee Based Services, to include our list scrubbing and/or appending services, are initiated primarily through calls to our toll free number, publicized throughout our Website, in which orders for Fee Based Services are accepted and processed. You may also have us call you for that purpose by filing out and transmitting to us a registration form which we will use to contact you.  If you use our Smart Signup Wizard at our Website to help determine the right Service plan for your business needs, you may also be providing us with further information in response to certain questions about your organization. The Signup Wizard may also be used to enter your information to sign up for our Compliance Guide and/or Training Master Service (each being a Fee Based Service), upon receipt of which you will be contacted in order to complete your order for the Service.

Our Website presently does not ask for and collect from Users payment information in regard to Fee Based Services, nor provide a means for online payment for any Fee Based Service ordered. At such time if any as this may change, this Privacy Policy will be amended accordingly in respect of such change.

For Fee Based Services, we must have contact and billing information on file for Client Users to access and use the Services. Once ordered from us (though a prior Service order, primarily by phone) such Services are accessible by Client Users though the Servicing Portal accessible only to clients. Each Client User will receive from us an account code assigned to their account, as well as a temporary user name and password to use to login securely to the Servicing Portal, and thereafter the ability to create a user name and password of their choice. Client User log in will provide access to all Servicing Portal functionality including scrubbing and downloading all lists for which the Service plan selected by the client provides registered access.

Client Users are able to view, once logged into their account via the Servicing Portal, the account information previously provided by them to us in connection with their Service order, including billing contact information and billing account information, and to modify or correct any information previously provided. Billing contact information includes name, title, organization physical address city, state, zip/postal code, email address and fax number. Billing account information will depend on the payment option elected at the time of placement of the Service order. Any billing account information shown will show only the last four digits of the applicable account provided. Any modification or change to that information should be made by contacting our customer service department.

Client Users will be able though the Servicing Portal to upload and receive from us scrubbed and/or appended data files in accordance with the specific details of their Service plan. While we require only the data necessary, typically only phone number, in order to perform the scrub/append Service requested of us, we may receive from our clients customer and prospect contact list data including names, phone numbers, account numbers, postal addresses, email addresses, consent related notices and other information. It is the responsibility of our clients to inform such individuals regarding the possibility of such disclosures and the option to opt out of them.

Client Users provide us with information in regard to individuals they may wish to designate to us, for access purposes, to receive different levels of access to Service Portal functionality and Client provided and other information. We provide for Administrator, Supervisor(s) and Agent(s) credentialed designations, each authorized individual to be provided with an assigned password, in regard to which the Client User determines the extent of field access, and which the Client User may in its discretion elect to change at any time. Client User access to billing contact and account information is available only to those with Administrator access-level credentials.
