  2. Click "Help" at the top of the screen.
  3. When the window appears, in the "Select Issue Type" dropdown menu, select "General Issue - High Priority".
  4. In the "Additional Notes" box, describe your issue with as much detail as needd.
  5. Click "Submit Request" and our Support Staff will be notified.
