Florida TCPA Compliance Summit

Clearwater Beach, FL | December 5th and 6th, 2022

About the Event

Our 2022 Annual Florida Summit will kick off in December at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida. It will include our famous year-end regulatory overview, covering how the world of telemarketing regulations developed in 2022 and what to expect in 2023.

2022 has already further complicated the landscape of telemarketing regulations with state-level mini-TCPA’s in Florida and Oklahoma, lower courts inconsistently applying the autodialer definition from Facebook v. Duguid, increasing activity from federal and state regulators, and the possibility of new telemarketing legislation at the state and federal level.

It is challenging to keep current with the rules, thanks to all the new laws, precedent-setting court cases, and declaratory rulings. However, since the litigators and professional plaintiffs never stop adjusting, neither can you. We help marketing professionals stay abreast of the current state of TCPA regulations and litigation through our annual compliance summits. Book your ticket now and learn what industry professionals are doing to stay ahead of the curve.

Join us on December 5th and 6th, 2022, for two days of content with our diverse panel of legal minds and industry experts. Network with our speakers and with fellow compliance and privacy professionals.
