Quick Guide to SCOTUS Barr v AAPC Decision

In 2020, after literally decades of legal challenges and important rulings in lower courts, the United States Supreme Court finally heard a case with the potential to determine the fate of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Well, the ultimate result of William P. Barr, et al. v. American Association of Political Consultants, et al. is that the Supreme Court upheld the TCPA by severing the offending portion from the law. So the status quo remains.
